1. Return Window

  • You have 7 office working days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure the following:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • The item must have the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).

  • All tags, manuals, and accessories included with the product must be returned intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned due to hygiene, safety, or nature of the product:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

  • Personal care products (such as beauty products, innerwear, or earrings).

  • Customized or personalized items made specifically for you.

  • Downloadable software or Gift Cards.

  • Sale items (Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded).

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

     

  • We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

     

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

     

  • You will receive the credit within [5-10] business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at nexturastore@gmail.com

6. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
